  Very gentle staff, Russian speaking persons at reception. Fantastic facilities such as Aqua-park, Ice arena, good gim, etc. Breakfast and dinner buffers are not so big but tasty very much.   The apartment is nice and has anything you might need. Aquapark is fine and is really well designed, including the sauna and the cloakroom and shower. There is a nice ski track near the hotel, and you can also ride on the lake or rent a snowmobile.
