  Our request for higher floors was fulfilled and we got upgraded to a room with sauna. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good as well. We will stay there again if we have a chance to visit Kuopio again. - very good beds, very kind girl at reception, walked with us outside to show proper place for parking.

  the hotel was right in the middle of kuppio in the center of town. many shops nearby. the wifi connection was ok, the shower and the room were very big including the huge tv in our room! - The staff were very friendly and professional, the food at the restaurant was delicious, and the studio room was very comfortable.

  It was well situated near the city centre,about 15 minute walk. The rooms are clean and spacious enough to spend a short visit in and it was nice to have a television in the room too!
