I like everything abt the hotel! It was not the first time there, so I just want to return more there. the stuff is always friendly and helping. the room is awesome! the SPA is relaxing. the best rest ever!. nice, alive but not noisy atmosphere in the hotel and spa. Professional personnel. Good value for money, opportunity to use saunas and pools for free if you stay there. Fair choice at breakfast.

Quality of the breakfast is poor. Swimming pool was closed and only 1 jacuzzi and a couple of saunas were avalable for te guests of the hotel since to 11 a.m. during our stay. room in the external part of the hotel with a los of noise. No robes on the room to go to the spa. It was a bit cold in SPA. In new part of the hotel you cant open the windows an the aircont. is not so good (room was too hot for us). You have to pay for parking. Forget about warm welcome - you are in the "factory". Guests should be better informed about SPA pass. Hotel parking is extremely expensive. Parking does not belong to the hotel, thats not so clear.Parked the car and expected to pay with the hotel bill. Luckely did not get a parking ticket. staff did not mention that at all. Too high restaurant and bar prices. You can find around dinner places two-three times cheaper than in the hotel. A big disappointment was somekind of a loud noise starting in the sunday morning at around 10:00 am (september 22nd, room 3019). It woke us up too early, we would've slept for another hour and a half, but it was impossible due to the overwhelming noise. It sounded like thumping and screeching at the same time, impossible to define the actual source of the sound. Because of the noise, in future trips to Tallinn, we have to consider another hotel options. miny bar price. Ventilation was very loud, and interrupted my sleep. a bath tub would have been nice at breakfast there was not good, warm whole meal bread or fresh fruit. The room was not very good. The top floor room was noisy - all night, a low hum. Staff were less than accommodating. Expensive drinks and food for adequate quality. Probably won't stay here again. Of hot food were just meatballs and omelette. For such a hotel breakfast is very skimpy. The hotel was not functioning pool, spa section. The room was very noisy due to the fact that out right on the roadway. Do not have heating e in the bathroom, air conditioning did not work. Lean buffet for breakfast. The room and bathroom are a bit shabby and old-fashioned. Old TV. The breakfast buffet is poor. No fruit what so ever. double bed is actually two separate beds sliding one from another. no bars work after midnight. Cubaana baar has terrible pricy food. Bad condition in the room (seems it was broken) lack of individual bottles of the shampoo/bodywash/shower cap. Big hotel with too much open space restaurants or cafes. Breakfast was all day the same and no fresh fruits. a bit "oldish". crowded breakfast and not even special one. Garbage in the room No condition (it was too cold). Too early closure of spa/ swimming/ jim.. Mini bar was locked realized during night.. Parking is ridiculously expensive. Room unpleasant with old furniture and a view to untidy inner yard/ lower roof. Not possible to change the room. No shampoo/conditioner offered in connection to the room. Cleaning and tidying of the room of low quality. Spa/swimming was not included in room price, booked via internet. Separate prices expensive. Room price expensive compared to offerings and quality. My room temperature was very low, it was actually freezing. When I noticed that around midnight, I didn't have time to complain to reception as I had a very early morning and needed to get to sleep. Sour throut in the morning. It doesn´t clean enough, and my room for the price It was really bad location and too old furniture. None facilities like other hotels. I didn´t like that the receptionist put a mineral water onto my bill from the Minibar and did not believe that I really did not had a water from the Minibar!. Dirty bathroom:((.
