The staff were extremely nice, helpful and willing to serve. Central location; clean, modern, appealing hotel in a city that has does not seem to have many hotels or restaurants; good food in restaurant. We think it was the best hotel in Narva with international atmosphere. The dinner in the restaurant was very fine. clean, professional look. breakfast can be better.
