First of all, I would like to thank each and every person in Royal Oasis for the great time I spent there. Starting from the welcoming moment by Mr. Hesham to the Chefs, the animation team, the tour assistant, the bus driver and the housekeeping staff. Although it was my first time to visit Sharm and I was travelling alone, the staff was more than a family to me. I really liked the location and the facilities, the staff was amazing and the variety of food was incredible. The room was great over.

Nothing but the beach,the"Wind beach" is bad. not good as the previous one No smoking in reception. -House keeping need to pay more attention ,change the sheets regular, keep soap in the bath, make sure the table is clean not sticky, keep an ashtray in the room. -The food needs to be improved. The food was not good. The location of the resort is good despite of the stairs that leads to Naama bay that was very annoying, You have to climb 100+ of uneven stairs from naama bay to the resort which was very tiring and exhausting. Sometimes Door Locks are not working. The Beds were uncomfortable and you had to go down 100 steps to get to the main bazaar and beach, however the hotel does provide regular transport to the beach. bad accommodation bad meals. The dirtiness of the Restaurant, the amount of flies was too much. The staff was the worse staff I have ever delt with my whole life. The staff were untrained. The rooms were not maintained. You need to go up a 122 steps to the hotel from naama! You have to walk around 15 mins in the hotel to get to your room because there are no signs! Overall, first and last time!. Service bad. not 4 star it is 3 star hotel and i have alot of photos about how the hotel is really bad and not good. The hotel don't accept Visa for payment The room service is bad and poor The reception staff were unfriendly The offered meals were very poor All management staff lack of professionalism. the worst hotel i ever seen no room service, crab food, & the most uncomfortable bed i ever slept on & many many other things that you would never see worst than this crab hotel.
