The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble! The location was great, just a short walk from Soho Square and only a 15min drive from the airport! The pools were humungous on the new side of the hotel! The food was delicious, so much variety and there was no problem eating the salads or having ice in your drinks :). Staff very friendly, waiter Jousef perfect, I do not remember other names of staff but they were great, wave bar superb, security talkative and friendly, all working very hard for guests, large pool, lot of space, clean, beautifull.
all reviews » Lovely big resort with own private beach great for snorkelling. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and reception very helpful. Extra touches like towel art and flowers very nice. Breakfast really good. I did enjoyed my stay at the resort,and kudos to the animation team. The animation team are friendly and they would go extra miles to give you the necessary info to make your stay a memorable one. The beach was close by with a diving centre. The pontoon for snorkelling and diving for seeing the wonderful fish. The food was good and the staff were very friendly. Lovely staff, very clean hotel, beautifully kept gardens, very good standard and choice of food, quiet and relaxing at site two around the three big pools. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool is huge and we could always find free sunbeds. The landscape is very well kept. I go for the diving and the on site facilities are excellent. The staff are great and very friendly. This was our 5th visit. Every staff seemed to be happy to serve guests. Always they were friendly and polite. There is no bad points at all!!. I enjoyed my tome there, they do their best to make you feel satisfied ... Very good experience really. the rooms green areas transportation buses inside the resort with sea glasses i saw great sea life. It's nice place to stay the staff are good some of them are amazing. Weather. house reef was good , hotel has 2 sides,land side and sea side and a road inbetween.The seaside rooms were large and good ,you need to wait for shuttle to go to seaside. Weather and underwater view. Fascinating. -The size of the room and it's view. Nothing that I can think of. The only thing I didn't like was the Italian Restaurant, the food was extremely poor, tiny portions and not very Italian at all. Also you had to pay for your drinks in the Italian Restaurant which I thought was extremely cheeky considering we were all inclusive and they were the same drinks that you could get free everywhere else in the hotel. However, this was a tiny thing and overall the hotel is fab!. beach not big but very good, not many fruits, no ice creams. Lunch/Dinner buffet not a big selection but you could always find something to eat. Would be nice to be able to get hot food late at night when you arrive from airport. Just something simple like fries or toasties. I really don't like the security at the entrance to the front desk. They should learn how to smile and be friendly to the customers. Only 1 light worked in the bathroom. We had to make 2 phone calls which were ingnored so a visit to reception to get the lights fixed. I asked for an adapter for my partners nebuliser which never came, even though they said they would bring 1. Luckily the shop sold them. However, the rest of the holiday passed smoothly. Bit noisy at site one pool. Old side of the hotel is out dated. Lunch buffet didn't have much variety. Nothing!. In buffet some items were repeated daily !. construction site next to it but it didn't bother much. A little more variation in the food choice at the buffet would be great each day. Other than that, I could always find something good to eat though!. Building work meant diggers making lots of noise whilst by the beach. Couldn't really relax there. nothing obviously disliked . There was only a suitable restaurant and the others were not on the same level. No lot of options for meals, no seafood at all and fruits. Food could be better. Food is not good enough. Food is really awful with very limited variety Limited and not attractive animation activities While staff wanted to. The food is very basic. The food and beverage staff in the main restaurant and all the bars have a very bad attitude and they treat the people very bad. They gave me a negative image about hilton staff. I am planning to go to sharmelsheikh again next month, I definitely will not stay at hilton because of its staff. The shower in the ro was not working and we made several cplaints. Unfortunately we had leave for airport without shower. Animation guys english is horrible. Food is marginal.beach is small. King of foods. pools were nor clean , the shuttle has no specific time so need to wait on the road under the sun ,food was not more then avarage. The rest. Bored and fatigued staff. Poor cleanliness starting with rooms, pools, facilities like gym etc etc. It was a long weekend in Egypt therefore alot of Egyptian took over everything. Could not careless about you, family, kids and your need it rest and relaxation. Forget about it. Jungle baby, ad literam. -The food. -The ac in my room was showering my cloth. -very poor intertaenment for kids. -poor animation team. Staff are very meen. Rooms are not well maintained. Cleanliness is not in the hotel list. Profile pictures have nothing to do with reality. Simply it is a 2 star hotel at it is best but it is never 4 star.
