They arranged me a room at smoking floor while I specifically indicated that I would like a room at non-smoking floor in my booking. I pointed out this issue to them after I found out and they changed the room for me.

- tourist information not correct (opening time of museum) - you should pass through the travel agency inside the hotel for booking a taxi to the airport (that charge you double of the standard price)

- food at room service poor and overpriced - lack of breakfast not being included - the very high price of using Internet in the room is scandalous and very poor customer service!!!! Needs definitely to be adjusted. -price offers exclude 17% plus taxes to be added upon arrival. This is poor customer service.

That there was no free wifi internet for guests and the music blaring from some of the boats on the Nile river way past midnight was disturbing at times.

hotel is close to museum. dont stay here if you are planning a pyramid/giza tour, go straight to menna house or moevenpick giza from the airport.

we booked this because it had a gymnasium. The gym was closed though...as was the pool. we planned on a gym sesion in morning before our tour so arranged for a late pick up. we ended up waiting around and would rather have just gotten up and gone on tour. such is cairo at the moment.

The location was good, as was the room.

Restaurant staff were extremely slow and the one meal I ate there was mediocre. I ordered drinks three times and waited forever for them. The standard of English spoken by the staff was poor and the hotel was noisy - music rising up from below. Lack of wifi throughout the hotel a discouragement to return.

Staff at Food & Beverage department are rude and they stare my friend while we chat in Argella area really they are rude and I forget their names to mention and I stayed at room 5014 from 09/06 ! night booking number 582124393 so I am not recommend this hotel at all as no privacy to respect from the staff .
