  Malu, the manager could not possibly be any moe attentive or kind. The room are beautiful and super clean. Also an awesome view, and close enough to town for an easy walk, but up the hill enough for quiet. She also is a super cook, and serves the most beautiful and delicious breakfasts. Add to this that our son had a very bad thing happen and is i... what people say » n the hospital an hour a way. Because my Spanish is not good she makes the two hour journey, with us, to interpet etc... We could not have gotten thro - Very nice, friendly, helpful owner (Malu), who lets you stay in one of her beautiful suites with large windows so you can see the beautiful sunrise. Walking distance from Banos, nicely located outside the city so you can enjoy the peaceful and quiet country life. The most enjoyable stay on my 3weeks trip through Ecuador!
