Great staff, great location, great restaurant and food. Highly recommend. Gloria the (owner?) was very friendly and always smiling. She made breakfast an hour earlier than usual for us (at 7) and it was a decent breakfast. There is a bar / restaurant in the hotel. Location, but everthing in Banos is close so not really that important. Nothing. Highly recommend.
