The hotel staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I felt at ease and secure at all times. It is located near transportation. The view from my room unbelievable breathtaking and beautiful. The pool was great and gym. the helpfulness of the staff, we had a medical issue when we got to the hotel and they could not have been more helpful . the hotel is spotless and well kept. small bit outside city but otherwise cant fault it.

They gave suggestions on local restaurants and sites to get the most authentic feel of the DR. I had a pleasant stay at this Hotel and will definetely come back. Excellent restaurant ( breakfast and dinner were delicious). At he reception the staff were very friendly and kind. The fact that i was upgraded to a suite! I have stayed many times in this hotel under previous management, now, it's better. Breakfast Fastest internet connection. I enjoyed the nice rooms and service. Very friendly staff, great location. The pool and the staff. Balcony. Location and staff. The bathrooms are a bit outdated but there were clean and in working order. For the price you get a lot for your money make sure you get the breakfast included on your rate. pool was out of use at the time of our stay but they had a transfer to the holiday in pool. They are doing some upgrades to the hotel so there were some mornings we were awaken by banging and drills noises. No availibity of bell boys and had to take my suitcases on my arrival as well as on my departure ( had to wait so long and met the bell boy at the lift and then he took my suitcases on my check out). Rooms were too old, safebox was not even working and hope next time I get the new rooms. The "extra" taxes etc . I am used to a 100 us being exactly that,not 128.... Mini bar with extra charge. I did not appreciate being over charged and also being quoted a price that I was paying to later find that I was charged an additional 20- 40 dollars!. Food is a little overpriced for this Crown Plaza Hotel. Please, do not go to the Beauty Salon here is dirty, the lady is very rude and try to take advantage on prices. Even though, I speak Spanish she tried to take advantage. Please, never go to the beauty salon. The noiseon the malecon from traffice and nothing around to really take a walk. room appeared old and plain. Breakfast expensive.
