about center of the city , rooms are clean. excellent price. they dont charge 18% tax and 10% service. which is good big parking lot. has casino and a nice pool area in the 1st floor. The staff at the pool area,specially Jennifer were great,awsome service and very friendly, also wandy at the front desk,very clean hotel,a truly five starts!!... Good reception and professionality. Clean, staff always at our disposal. Near metro and principal street. A beautiful walk to the sea. Big pool!.

The staff was very helpfull especially lanie at front desk, very friendly,thanks. I get a real nice deal for the hotel. nice area frendly staff.near everything. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. it was a nice high class hotel from the 80s. Location. Classy hotel. Nice security. The reception and friendly staff. The service from the whole staff. Good price for hotels quality. most. its a nice hotel,i like the pool side,also the free parking is convenient. Updated bathrooms, strong temperature, modern décor in lobby. It was convenient. Close to mostly everything. Good ratio quality/price. the vip follor. takes forever to check-in. dont like the elevator needs a room card to go a floor, i know is for security reason but kinda annoying. nothing... The pool opened too late in the morning. No free internet. Old equipment in the gym. everything it was ok. Reception staff require immediate remedial training; their human interaction is woeful. Traffic noise is intrusive until you get used to it. Security was an issue,especially at night,I've notice people get in and out of the hotel without being asked if they are staying there... Also the pool tiles where too slippery,that's all.. The refrigerator was dirty and they did not clean it during my stay. the location of the hotel is not too good but I think that's true for the whole Santo Domingo. Check in and out was unreasonable long. Humid odor rooms. Internet not free. The restaurant was crazy expensive!!!. Breakfast wasn't included, it is cheaper to order room service than going to the hotel restaurant. slow at check-in/check-out. There were some people trying to take advantage of tourist at night. During the day there was a skinny guy being friendly to obtain your room information. Just don’t talk to strangers outside the Hotel. only one or two people spoke English,there were a lot of american tourists,i am one of them,we need more English speaking employees. Mold in rooms including rug and walls. (A/C turns off upon taking key out of slot);Mirrors are damaged, bathroom ceiling detached (cement and plumbing exposed). It took them 2 days and 3 phone calls from me for them to come and fix a television. And I had to call twice on Friday for them to clean the room and brought us fresh towels. On the sixth floor I could not sleep because of the noise coming from the street. Your windows are that bad ! Employees very very slow !. the bad attention for personal. Room service doesn't speak English.
