I liked the friendly approach and service at the reception and children facilities in the hotel. The stuff was friendly and very professional.I liked most the breakfast and the quality of the beds. staff on reception very friendly and welcome. I did not like the location of parking lot behind the corner of the hotel. I did not like the fact that even receptionist did not inform me about extra charges added to my room account for two month old puppy at check-in. He actually said: "Oh, two months puppy, that is OK". The information about price for a dog came at checkout, which is quite odd to me..
