After booking you will receive payment and check-in instructions from the property via email. If the reception office is closed upon arrival, you will find the keys in the key pick-up box as directed in the instructions. If you check out before the office opens, please return the keys to the same box. Duvets and pillows are provided. You can rent bed linen and towels or bring your own. Sleeping bags are not allowed. If you would like to rent bed linen, towels or a baby cot, please inform the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival. You can use the Special Requests box when booking. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Skagen Tourist Office Vestre Strandvej 10, 9990 Skagen. A security deposit of DKK 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Energy costs are not included in the price and will be charged according to guest use, upon departure. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport.
