  Perfect location coming from or going to the ferry to Sweden. Relaxed atmosphere. Personal service. Friendly, helpful manager both on the phone and in person.   Good hotel qua price and comfort. Get everything you need, incl free internet, clean towels everyday. Ideal for those on a budget, but wishes not to book a hostel. Good location as well - right next to the fjord, but some walking distance from the train station. For those coming from the Aalborg airport - bus stops at Nytorv, from where it is ca 5... what people say » min walking to the hotel. Would stay there again and recommend the chain for anyone travelling in Danmark, which does not come cheap. - Excellent location, walking distance from all the few attractions in Aalborg only the museum of modern art is a little bit far (takes approximately 30 min by foot). Indeed the economy rooms are small but you know that well in advance, therefore if you are looking for certain standards of comfort, you should focus your search on different hotels. I think it is a perfect hotel for 1 night or 2. Excellent value for money

He's an elderly gentleman, and seemed to be slightly hard of hearing, but understood Norwegian just fine. I did not talk to him in English, so I don't know how good his English is. The breakfast table was lavish (typical Danish breakfast food), and well worth the 50 DKK extra. Very comfortable beds.

  The rooms were very spacious and light. Windows could be opened to allow frresh air. The area felt very safe with ample parking. Staff members were very friendly. - great food
