The front desk staff was extremely customer-service oriented. We felt welcome immediately, and they were eager to help us with our plans for further travel to LegoLand. Large quiet rooms. I found it to be a sanctuary of quietness. Breakfast is nice and good value for what is provided (it isn't cheap, but the quality is high). Bowls of fruit on every floor. The location is good, an easy walk from the Station and to the city centre. Staff are lovely. -

Art work is really to be enjoyed. Do look at the sculpture at the front at night. Do take note of the work in the dining room. We were cycling and they had covered overnight bike storage near the entrance. We enjoyed our meal which is a set menu and if you turn up before 5 there are drinks and snacks which was great after a cycle. -
