The location was very good to get into Copenhagen by bus. Staff was very helpful. Kitchen had everything one needed. Free parking was great.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was a small kitchen in the hostel, so we had the opportunity to make coffee in the morning.
Not far from Copenhagen in a quiet place.
Nice, clean place, quiet neighbourhood. Kitchen was modern, coffee machine was in the hallway. There is a Circus Museum (300 m) and Lidl store nearby (~1km).

Practical low cost lodging. Clean enough. Good family place.
Computer had the absolute most ancient key board ever!! Please upgrade even though I know most folks travel with their own equipment.
The only thing is a missing shower cabin or ceramic stand for it. The shower is over the sink and if the first person do a shower, the second stay directly on the wet ground. This solution is not a perfect and higienic solution. Shower cabin on ceramic stand is much better.
Wireless facilities did not cover the room.

It was written that reception is open till 10.00 pm. We arrived at 9.30 pm, but it was closed already. That was a little bit annoying because we had a small child with us, who fell already asleep in the car. Fortunately there was a telephone number of the guard to call in case of emergency. We called several times, but nobody answered. Finally we got to speak to the guard and in few minutes we got the keys.
Bathroom was too basic. It looked very basic, had cold floor and did not have a hairdryer.
Shower hard to figure out the first time and far(15min) walk from train station.
The Internet wifi is completely broken. They need to hire some it
support and fix the problem, or take that off the website.
Wi-Fi only working in the main building.
