everything - Axel Hotel Guldsmeden is just like a hotel should be: comfortable, cosy, based on a set of values which are clear, based on an eco-friendly way of living, good food, clean etc etc etc. Very good hotel. - We stayed in a Superior Double room, and it was lovely - really comfortable, nicely finished. Good to know that you don't have to queue for check in and check out.
There is no reception, they send you the entry code 48 hours before checking in.
I stayed for 5 days amd I did not had any problems so I can't really comment how does the hotel responds to problems.

You know what you'll get with Omena. Standard setup but various size and location of rooms. some are small with thin walls in an older part of the hotel and some are spacious and more privat. but all of them have the same items. They are all clean and with the basic necessity for a short stay. Excellent location, good beds, internet connection, microwave, water heater and instant coffe :)
