Her large apartment wasn't booked, so we got an upgrade. Great location! Patricia is very helpful. We arrived mid-afternoon, and sent us off to see the city while sites were still open, then checked us in later.

It was still cold when I got there. The heating was not enough.
The rooms are getting tired. Soap in the bathroom was so watered down that it was ineffective. We were talked into an upgrade to an apartment, not realising that our original booking was for an apartment.
Absolutely dirty place, bad smell at the entrance (not in the room) dust and lots of spiders almost at every corner.
Our room was not clean, again spiders in every corner of the room too and general tireness of the room.
It wasn't easy to find the Pension as it's in a narrow street in the city centre.
For the first time since using letsbookhotel.com I have to say I would never go back to this pension.
1. I was asked to pay more than the price which I booked at letsbookhotel.com.
The owner said the price was not updated for the one for busy season.
letsbookhotel.com should have provided the advanced information.
2. The owner has a big dog and at least two cats which I don't like. The information should have been at the web in case someone is allergic to animals.
