All staff in spite of crowded hotel during Christmas and New Year were polite and attentive. very good facilities for sking and all other winter sports (winter entrance, good changing rooms) A lot of baby chairs in the restaurant!. Most of the staff were very helpful and accomodating. The Ski Bus which travels directly from the hotel was a great bonus, bringing us directly to the slopes.
