Staff spoke excellent English. Not a speck of dust to be found. All requests were attended to immediately. My wife had special food needs and Martina went out of her way to research the requirements on the computer and surprised her with a few alternatives she could eat. There was nothing one could complain about and we would highly recommend a stay to friends and family. 1) Friendly Staff , 2) Perfect location (it's the most worth thing for staying this hotel) , 3) Wi-fi working well , 4) room is very clean , 5) bathroom is modern and nice. I loved it.

Location directly in old town. 1) Reception closes early... Check-In time is until 20:00...must check your train schedule~! 2) I loved the room, but it seems a little bit expensive in Olomouc... There are a parking lot in the backyard, but the entrace is very narrow, there are only a few centimeter in the both side of the car. You have to be very carefuly. The lack of elevator is bad news for those with heavy suitcase. The rooms facing the tram line is noisy with the windows open. No air conditioning or fan during hot summer. The road outside our window was busy through the night with regular trams running. The entrance to the car park is very narrow being part of the original building alleys and is only suitable for a small car (we were advised of this in advance). People can smoke on the common balcony - just in front of your window. There is no air-conditioning, so you either close the window and sleep in 40 degrees or open it and try to sleep in the smoke and listening to the conversation below.
