The staff was friendly and reachable via the phone. We have booked triple room and everything was very clean and nice. The parking was in front of the penzion. Very centrally located. We were also positively surprised by the bottle of fine in the room as a present from the wine garden in Mikulov as well as the possibility to have tea for free at the reception. Definitely good value for the money you pay.

Staff gives You feeling, that You are at home, You can make Your coffee or tea at reception, which is very nice, You don't even have to bother anybody. No breakfast offered, but there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, so that's not a big deal. No free vine bottle as I expected. Not comfortable beds. room acoustics. Had to go to another hotel for breakfast. Really very small room. I booked tween room and get double room with a big double bed and no space to life. And I had to sleep together with my mother... There is no staff to ask or help. That's the last place I would to stay. Breakfast in another hotel - why not to stay in another hotel?.
