We stayed at this hotel in November during the "low" season. There were only 5 guests in the hotel and we were upgraded to the Presidential Suite. It was one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. It was extremely roomy and comfortable. The front desk manager who met us is Nikola Sejnohova. Her customer service skills are some of the best I have ever seen!! She provided us excellent information for restaurants and sightseeing in Cesky Krumlov. Furthermore, she is sweet and greeted us .

It is clean with very nice environment, which is particularly good for we as young couples to stay. :) We would like to recommend the dinner in the hotel as well, as both the environment and the food quality are excellent for having a romantic dinner. This hotel is near the bus stop and there were prepared good amenities. I was traveling alone, and There ware maybe the off season to sightseeing. So There waren't many guests, but the staffs very kind to me and their service was good. Within walking distance to all sightseeing. Friendly staff and always ready to please. We were upgraded because the wifi didn't work on the 3rd floor to a luxury suite. It can get very hot in the summer without AC and fan. The design of the room was little bit old fashioned. Car parking needs 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Room was nice, but no elevator to access our room onn the 3rd floor. Nothing. none. no airconditioning in room, not enough cuttlery during tourists bus load having breakfast, no own parking facility ( using municipal public parking place). Not up to 4 star standard that it is advertised for. the view of my room was an abandon building...while living in CK u may wish to hv a river side or view.
