Please note that parties are not allowed in the villas. The Management reserves the right to cancel the vacation at no refund in case of repeated noise. Guests are kindly requested to only park their vehicle at the private parking spot. The rent includes 200 KWh of electricity per week per villa. The Management reserves the right to charge for the consumption in excess of this amount. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
