Almost perfect! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. 1.They would show guests the room and all the facilities before asking them whether wish to stay; 2.Basically you can ask frontdesk any questions that you may ask Tourist Information. And their answers might be even more helpful than Tourinform's because they really cater to individual's needs! (I was interested in joining city tours, and they found some really interesting ghost-themed tours for me) Early breakfast can be arranged with .

On our arrival, the friendly lady on reception greeted us with lots of smiles and enthusiasm and was very helpful in pointing out where we should visit in the city and the best forms of transport to get there. We had the private apartment in the courtyard at the back and we had everything we could need including kitchen, aircon, large flatscreen tv, washing machine and an amazing shower! They even had 2 very friendly resident pets (a gorgeous dog & cat) who loved a f. This is a perfect place to stay during a visit to Zagreb.Very good value for the money,the apartments are big and comfortable and the staff is just unbelivable ! They do anything for you,whatever you ask they have the answer,whatever problems you may have, they solve it and all with a smile ! They really do everything for their customers,service has first priority. I can highly recomend this hostal, and I myself will for sure stay here the next time I am going to Zagreb. Thank you Natali and t. Basically, everything was great! The girls at the reception were quite helpful and cheerful, the rooms are in great shape, well decorated and have amazing conditions. Breakfast is included, and for me it was more than enough. The location of the hostel is near the center, although you still have to do a 10/15min walk, but in your way you will see good places to take some pictures. You can get wi-fi everywhere and it has a decent speed. If I return to Zagreb one day, this will be the hostel I'll. Spacious rooms with decent kitchen, although not really clean. Bathroom was decent and the shower was hilariously awesome, I dubbed it the 'disco shower' because I can. Close to a few cafes, a super market, bank, and trams that go in all directions. 10min cheap tram ride to center of city. At the reception you can get a map of Zagreb and you can also buy cold drinks and beer. So everything you need to make your stay comofortable. near by bus terminal, train main station / clear and bright / air conditioner / good system / staff is helpful and kind / giving breakfast? :) (not good quality, just bread something) / reasonable price. Everything inside the hostel ( colours, messages on walls, decorations) makes you feel confortable. The equipment is very sufficient. The staff at reception desk can't be any helping. I loved how friendly and welcoming all the staff were a really helpful. Very clean and friendly, comfortable beds, lockers, towels, nice design. It would surely be even better if ham, cheese and hot drinks are included. However, this kind of breakfast is standard in hostels. And frontdesk would let the guest know what the breakfast is like before the guest decides to stay and pay. So I think it's fair. The only thing that may be an issue for some people is that it's not right in the city centre (its about 15-20 mins walk) but there are plenty of tramlines that stop about a minute away. It takes about 10 mins to reach the main city square on the tram so it was not a problem for us. The only thing that I didn't understand was the fact that the hostel was almost empty considering the great conditions. Nothing, it was pretty good. nothing special. Cause Not possible to use internet in the room(too weak in signal), have to go to the lobby to use Wi-Fi. Nothing. Not very close to the center and bus station, no drinks for breakfast. Air conditioner was not working in the room. when informed, without fixing it, one table fan was given which was not sufficient for hot climate in Zagreb. WiFi was poor both in room and in common place. Breakfast served only from 9 o'clock, which is totally a waste if you want to start your day earlier. 1. Bar/Karaoki is on the ground floor, it was noisy until late at night. 2. There was dirty linen sit on the floor for a day from the guests who already checked out. 3. Though there was a sign asking guests to clean up after the breakfast, there were still dishes and cups piled up in the sink, and the staff didn't do anything about it.n 4. Althoug in the booking says the breakfast is included, but the coffee is not included, and cost 9kn or so. This is very unexpected.
