This apartment we rented from Sandro, the man in charge of the
apartments. He was very very helpful and very kind, he took the time to
explain everything about Split and he just made us familiar with Split
and made it feel like home. One thing he said: if anything happens, if
you are lost or just need to know something, just give me a call and I
will help you.
The apartment had everything we needed, and was very roomy. Very comfortable bed and a large tv with good tv channels.

The owner was so nice and kind. When I had a problem with the door and called her even after 10 pm, she answered the phone very nicely. The room was so clean and spacious. It took about 15 mins to get to the Blue tree rooms by walk from old town or bus terminal.
The staff is so-so friendly and they all are ready to help at any moment of time. The room was really clean all the furniture is new. The location is really great; it takes 7 minutes to get to the center of the town and 20 minutes to get to the beach.
Very modern (unusually so for Croatia), comfortable and clean. A little out of the centre, but that was not necessarily a bad thing. We were given lots of helpful information upon arrival and recommendations which were fantastic.
Clean room, finished to a high standard. Owner was helpful when we met
her on arrival, other than that we were left to our own devices unless
we needed her. Short walk to the old town. Good value for money.
