Excellent location. Very close to the bus station. The staff very kind to upgrade my room with balcony without any surcharge! Room and bathroom are clean, bathroom a little bit small but doesn't affect us.

The location was good a bit hard to find after a long day riding, but one of the staff came to meet us, So no real problem, parking was free right out side the door

Greet location. Right next to the station. Go onto the platforms and you'll see the apartments over the other side of the station. You can walk across the platforms to gain access. The apparents look very new. The one we stayed in (no 9) was a twin bedded. But truthfully was only big enough for a single. It was very small. Bathroom well appointed and new. Very clean. All in all. An inexpensive place to stay right next to the railway.

We stayed two nights. The first bed was so uncomfortable we changed rooms. The second night was fine, in a front facing room with a nice view and kitchenette. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the palace, next to the train station.

Uncomfortable bed, 3 flights of stairs. Go for the apartment with kitchenette.

Great location right near the port and easy 5 minute walk to the palace Very pretty reception and the facilities were clean and new

- Wi fi was average strength - Less like apartments but more like you are staying in a room in someone's house - not a bad thing but owners were quiet noisy in the mornings if you try and sleep in! - no lift means carrying suitcase up 4 flights but the owners help you!

Very good location for ferry and for railway (right outside). Very helpful and friendly guy on desk. Good value.

A family run business - they were very friendly and welcoming. Great location close to the beach and main attractions in Split. We would highly recommend to anyone wishing to visit Split.

Our stay was overall great - although the bed was not the most comfortable and the fridge didn't work well. Otherwise it was fabulous and great value for money.

The staff was very nice. We arrived early in the morning but were allowed to leave our bags and use the free wifi and toilets immediately. The location was close to the bus station and ferries so its easy to walk.

Would be nice to have a breakfast option.

Excellent location for transit purposes or for visiting the old town. Enjoyed our room's private terrace with views of the port and old town. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The only thing I didn't like about my stay had nothing to do with Simoni, but with the guests that lodged there. Lots of young "backpacker" types (first time in Europe-let's book the top floor accomodation, see how many people we can cram in a room, hold a party in the hallway and make lots of noise).

Excellent location, near train station, ferry, bus station and beach. So location is great near everything. I would come back and stay same place. Simon, was very nice and helpful in everything. Excellent appartment!

We booked an airport transfer and Simoni picked us up from the airport. He was very nice and gave us some suggestions for eating and sightseeing in Split. Rooms are clean. We told Simoni we were on our honeymoon and he gave us a complimentary bottle of wine and a bigger room than we originally had. We left to Hvar for the night and we left our luggage which was locked in a room near the reception.

Wifi signal was very low.

Really kind and competent owners. They upgraded our room since there was some misunderstanding. The rooms was nice, big selection of TV-chanels, comfy bed. Nothing to complain on at all

Great friendly welcoming staff who helped whenever they could. Easy walk to city and bus terminal and ferry port.They will transfer you to eg Trogir for reasonable fee. Great view from room.good shower and kitchen handy.Good restaurant recommendations from Simon. Receptionist and all the family gave great welcome to Croatia

A little bit of train and ferry port noise but that is necessary if you want to be near ferry.

The staff was very friendly. The location was very close to the bus station, train station and ferry station -- not to mention the Diocletian Palace and the waterfront.

Very fiendly, family run small apartments in the heart of the city. Near to everywhere; bus, ferry, train, old city, beaches...We stayed one more night than we had reserved. If you don't look for luxery, I strongly recommend you to stay here in your upcoming Split vacation. Simon, his elder sister and their mom... thank you for your hospitality...!

Trains waiting in the station make so much noise

location was good - just about 1 minute from the train station, 3 from the bus station, 5 from the harbour, and less than 10 mins to the old city. the studio apartment was not very spacious, but it was clean and had most of the things we need. there was a balcony too, which was a plus.

downside of being so close to the train station is the noise, but we were not that bothered by it. we needed internet access for some work stuff, but there was no wifi in the room, even though we were given passwords and the ads said there was gonna be wifi. quite disappointing in that regard, because we needed it for some important work - not just random facebooking etc.

Perfect comfort, value for money and perfect location for Split. Everything is easily reachable on foot.

Found the accommodation really easily from the port. Staff were amazingly helpful with anything we required and we paid to have them take us to the airport at 5am. Good sized room.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had problems with wifi so the lady brought her own laptop for my email check.The room was clean and we had view towards the harbor. The location was very close to the railway, bus and boat connections so no taxi was needed to carry the luggage.

Train noise. Wifi signal level was very low in our room and also in the reception room I had still problems to connect to the net with my tablet.

The room was small and too cold and the heating system took a long time to work. Had to sleep with 3 layers of blanket.

Location close to bus/train stations & port,also Diocletian Palace, Old Town, markets, restaurants etc. Modern tiled entrance to reception area & stairways. Good wide stairs. Friendly staff.

Too compact for 2 adults each with a medium-size suitcase. Only place to open a case was on the bed, & only a small space in the kitchenette to stand it up. Fortunately we had a balcony with table & 2 chairs which we used continually. Bathroom was small & dark. Smell from air-con unit while running. Wifi only in reception.

we got twin beds instead of a double bed(possibly my fault on booking), with very little facilities and very cramped space.

Good location and nice & helpful staff! For short stays and for a trip with lots of programme, this is a good budget alternative.

The apartments were centrally located and the staff were especially friendly and helpful.

We found our room to be fine for one night, but we wouldn't have stayed longer than this.
