This apartment house is almost perfect. The location is brilliant for a family stay. The sea is about 15 meters away with a tiny bay - you could monitor your kids from the balcony. The beach is OK, make sure to bring a small tent or sunshade. The apartment is totally new, nicely put together and laaarge. Two bedrooms, plus a room for grandma, plus a convertible couch. Private parking is provided. As for the village - nothing to see :) but there are some nice sights nearby. We will definately r.
all reviews » The apartment had no reviews when we booked as it is a new property. It is finished to a high standard and you could tell everything was new. Very comfortable with good views overlooking the sheltered bay. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It is 30m from the sea and although it has no near by restaurants or shops (they are about 1km away), it does have a beach bar 50m away so you can relax and have a drink in the evening after you have been out for a meal. The place is great with wonderful views over the bay and mountains. The stuff was friendly and really helpful. Definitely one of the best choices for a great vacation. nice location, next to the sea; apartment is pretty new, it's clean, nice and well furnished; the owner is really friendly and supportive;. Really a beautiful place to stay. Nice new apartments with the view of a bay. Shallow sea perfect for little children. Helpful staff. Big apartment, beautiful private beach, patio BBQ, sunbed a and a lot of quiet, relaxing views. Nice, brand new appartment, nothing was destroyed, well equipped kitchen, large parking lot, warm water at sandy beach with many trees providing enough shadow. Wifi was virtually non-existent - at least while we were there. A dishwasher would be nice. AC is only installed in the living room. We had to open the windows in the bedrooms and since there is no bug-screen installed bring some repellent!. This is a great place to relax, but if you want the busy hustle and bustle of Melinska, Baska or Krk towns, you need to travel about 10 -30 minutes. Had teething issues with WI-FI as it is a new apartment but this was resolved during our stay. wifi was on and off, mostly poor bandwidth;. Smoking neighbours on balcony despite the fact it was the non-smoking area. For 3-bedrooms appartment the single one air-co in the central room is not sufficient, it was impossible to cool the rooms in the night so the rooms are not air-conditioned. Wi-Fi didn't work at all, it was needed to go 2 miles to a internet cafe in Klimna. Location of this apartment is terrible, there is a main road with heavy trafic right in front of the windows... Thousands of moskytos, Raid, Off or some other kind of protection is needed. A very small balcony was not the biggest problem....
