Good location, easy walking distance to city center, and very convienent for ferry service to Venice (only about a 10 minute walk). Air conditioned which is a must in the summer. Overall not bad.... Also good convienent parking and bar down stairs.

A little dated, but not bad for the price!.
Fridge was very dirty and shower would not drain. Noisy at night. Room was clean but still felt grubby.
The equipment of the rooms is really poor: no kitchen corner in it, balcony very small (max. 2 people), 70's design, 1 double bed has no window.
Recommended only for 1-2 days, for longer stay look for a more comfortable possibility even on a little higher price.
Room was really dirty, most of all the shower and the fridge, which also has a very bad smell.
I requested a map of Pula (which actually gave us for free in all our apartments in Croatia) and they wanted me to pay for it!
WiFi was also in the restaurant, didn't arrive to the rooms.
poor wifi coverage and the washing room is poorly maintained (the door of the shower fell down suddenly when taking shower)..... very horrible!!!!.
Everything. The stall shower was broken. Bedroom floor sagging. Balcony door broken. Air conditioning was not able to cool the room. The parking lot was open. The cleaning was bad.
