It was a nice appartment well cleanded. For 2 persons it is perfect. Very quiet place to sleep. The manager was not there when I arrived, but he left the key in the door.
Nice apartment, fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, clean towels everyday, restaurants & supermarket close to the apartment, rocky beach just 5 min walk.

Very clean and comfortable. Close to rovinj old town.

It was a bit far from the old town. About 30 minutes walk, but if you have a car it is not a problem.
No balcony (you can use the garden), lots and lots of mosquitos... could be a problem with the roof gutter.
Would have enjoyed an indoor seating area in addition to the kitchen table. A one-bedroom apartment often has some comfy chairs or a sofa.
No wifi, which is unacceptable in this day and age, and at this price point.

no breakfast bowls, however we asked and got some later on the first day.
