The staff were friendly and helpful, and gave very clear direction.
The apartment we stayed in was very central (2 mins walk from amphitheatre), nice and roomy, not too noisy. Free wifi in the apartment!.

Spacious, well-appointed, superbly situated right next to the old town and only a block from the amphitheatre. Small patio available. Agent very helpful.
The location was right around the corner from Pula's famous
Coliseum. The apartment was spacious and air-conditioned.

The outside of the building and the entrance hall are very old, dirty and there is a lot of damage (holes in the stairs, plaster coming off the walls). The apartment is modern but it's not a nice building to arrive to.
A rather grotty entrance way - but a minor matter. Parking not easy. No wifi.
The hot water did not always work and the outside of the building and
lobby were quite decrepit. However we were warned not to pre-judge the
apartment based on the building's exterior.
Small bathroom, but normal for the area.

Bed is not confortable.
