Súper fruendly staff in the entire facility from restaurant to cafe and hotel front desk. The hotel has a very organized system which impressed us very much. You can choose either cook your own food or just eat at the restaurant. You must pick your own garbage, they do not provide with cleaning services daily as regular hotels do, towels must be kept for repeated use, they offer all the commodities to maintain the rooms. all reviews » We enjoyed a week stay with the grandparents and our children age 5 and 7. Clean large pool, 7 min. walk to the beach, boat rental and day trips available, 2 restaurants, ice cream shop and a market for daily shopping as well as dog friendly. Short drive to Pula city center. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Children's nightly dance party was a must for our two!!. It was a nice stay and they have everything there! Our room was comfortable and they have everything you need for cooking other than spices. The restaurants downstairs were tasty and reasonably priced and they even have a gelateria! It was a great stay, I just wish we could have stayed longer!. Delightful Aparthotel with the most beautiful sea view. Next to the hotel is a cute small beach with nice beach bar. Super pool, attentive and friendly staff. Inside the Aparthotel is a pastry shop with great ice cream. I absolutely recommend it. Didn't realize you have to clean the entire place yourself, to include dishes. The sea had a lot of trash in it, tires and random junk right on the property. Internet was down the entire stay. Not close at all to the town of Pula or the Airport. Not alot of food alternatives near hotel Pool was overrun with people. Have to remove your own linens. Have to find a garbage can on the other side of the hotel for all your garbage. Since we left at 6AM this was a pain. reception staff did not act on promises. No free wifi. Distance to the city, a bit too far without car, prices on the supermarket in the complex a little on the expensive side and less choices. Reception is not flexible. It is not holiday's place, beach isn't nice. More style. We had a "garden" view that didn't exist! It was a green tarp 10 feet from our balcony. Above it we could see a playground. Because it's isolated in location, the prices held you captive. In some instances double the price for identical items in town. Apartment size misleading. We were 3 adults & a child. Very tight quarters. accommodation for 4 people is far to small for 4 adults!!!! rate for the units is expensive for what we got!!!!!!!!. There is not going on in the Kids Club. Only two animators and more should have been done for the young children. Rooms very small and no Wifi even though you paid for it beforehand, then find out you have no Wifi. Impossibly small for four people. Good beach is far. Towels changed every four days. Reception and supermarket staff rude and unhelpful. Transport links poor. No barrier near the waterside very dangerous for small children. No pool bar. Matress was very poor.
