The host Anna is very kind and attentive. She is always available to answer your questions for regional visits. We are happy with our 3 days in the apartment with kitchen. Actually Poljanak is a such good location (if you have a car) for visiting the Plitvice park. You can leave your car near the view point of the big water fall (just before the small bridge) and start your visit there, then continue to the lower lake and to the embankment of boat point 3. It's excellent. Highly recommended.
all reviews » Lovely staff!!!! We got very lost driving here and arrived just after midnight, two hours later than anticipated, and we were met by Ankica who was very understanding and accommodating. The room and bathroom was incredibly clean and the breakfast was tasty. She even gave us a great itinerary for our day in Plitvice National park. I would not hesitate in recommending her B&B. The owner was very nice and helpful. She gave us all the info we needed for visiting the National Park. The p3 entrance parking is about 5 mins drive from the apartment. The breakfast was excellent. Many kind of food and freshly made upon arrival. The little french toast was the best! We loved our staying there and highly recommend it to everybody. Amazing host- helped us with all our visit plan, answered our many many questions with all the patience that can be and even helped us saving parking money at plitvice. The best breakfast we ate in our last 2 europe trips!!! Clean rooms and shared fridge outside the room. Not far from the supermarket and a nice restaurant. I highly recommend!. Loved our room, loved the breakfast, loved Anna (our host) and loved the location. Very close to Plitvice park entrance (an entrance where you don't have to pay to park) close to good places to eat dinner. We really loved it there, it was beautiful, peaceful, and there was a sweet little dog to pet, too. The location is good for tour of Plitvice Lakes National Park. Not far away from park entrances, market and restaurant by car. Gracious innkeepers will introduce routes and viewpoints of the park. Breakfast including is an advantage, especially in the countryside. The apartment was clean, comfortable and small. The location is perfect to see the N.P. Plitvicka. We stayed only one night but we wanted stay more if we had enough time. The owners are really helpful, kindly and sociable. Excellent location in beautiful quiet village. It was near the unknown 3rd entrance to plitvic park. Free parking and Anna recommended the best route around the park and it was excellent. Hosts were excellent, and providing info we needed for Plitvice Lakes. Breakfast was delicious with scrambled eggs & omelettes. Good value, and only 15 min. drive to the Lakes. Great location on western slopes of Plitvice (close to unofficial entrance 3 and Velki Slap), very clean, a lot of space, nice view, cosy rural atmosphere. The bed was a little on the short side for my 6'3" boyfriend. Basic small room. Soundproof is not good. It was all good. Nothing, everything is great. when we reached the apartments late we had hard time finding the hostess since there was no information about it. eventually she was in a house nearby down the road. Mainly the lack of instruction to get there. I could not find it in my gps. Yu have to drive 5 km from gate 1 of the Plivice Park towards Zagreb, then take a sharp left to a small road, drive 3 km till a small crossroad, take the left to the last (of 3) house and arrive. It was a little too hot at night as there is no air-conditioning. The water heating system is a little noisy at night. It was really very good ,nothing bad!. Heating in the room switched at 6.00 p.m. But not so bad. Wifi did not work in room Heating in room was not warm enough for November. nopeeeeeeeeee. no address on my navigation it is very hard to find the location even with navigation. so you will be advised to call the host before arriving.
