Breza located in a very picturesque area near the big lake and waterfall. To get there you definitely need a car, better with a gps navigation, or have a transfer arranged for you. Location is like some fairytale land. The room was clean and nice. The paintings in the cafe and corridors are really great! After rather cold day at the park, we were served delicious dinner. Owners and staff were very kind and friendly. Please, remember: no wifi, restaurants, shops nearby, it is really wildlife ret.

Lovely apartment with country views.Superb breakfast with the offer of more bread, ham, cheese etc to make sandwiches for lunch! Delicious evening meals. We had to opt out on the 3rd evening as we couldn't manage to eat it all!! Good location on the far side of the Plitvice lakes away from most of the tourist accommodation so we could stroll down to the park entrance and catch the boat, leaving the car at the guesth. A beautiful spot nestled into the hills. Very peaceful, exceptionally clean and nicely designed rooms. The food was plentiful, delicious and well priced. They even provided extra bread, meat and cheese at breakfast so that you could pack a lunch for your hikes. The owners are very friendly and even drove me to the bus station on my last day. Apparently they had also tried to pick me on on arrival but we did not connect. This turned out alright since I was able to take the ferry to the end. Well, where to start! Wonderful family run business where nothing is too much trouble. As other reviewers have reported, meals are not included in the tariff, however, dinner is a feast, breakfast is a feast, and it is not just ok to make your lunch from the meat, cheese and bread from breakfast, but it is encouraged when a plastic bag is delivered to the table to pack lunch in. Детям интересно будет посмотреть на овечек, кур и петушков. Есть качели. Это место отлично подойдет для отдыха от городского шума!. Daniella was a wonderful hostess, very welcoming and friendly. The breakfasts & evening meals can be arranged for an extra charge and are well worth the money. My son still talks about the home-made donuts at breakfast! It is a very easy short walk to Plitvice waterfalls and I would recommend doing this rather than staying further away and driving as it was very relaxing. Easy access on foot to Plitvice Natiinal Park. Super clean and meticulously maintained rooms. Excellent breakfasts and dinners with generous portions. Loved hostess Danijela. She outdoes herself making sure her guests are conformable and well tended to. The countryside setting is lovely. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting the National Park. Super nice staff, even English is not their native language but they still try to help us hardly. The room and surrounding are comfortable and relaxing. And the location is perfect. Just inside the park, and neighbors are all very friendly to us! Hope next time can come back again. The location is amazing. Only about 1000m walking to the ferry stop p3 of the national park. The location of the pension on Google Maps is correct, simply follow your gps to get there. For dinner we had a trout cooked by the owner. It was great and definitely to be recommended!. - Great location to Plitvice Lake National Park. It is actually located in the center of the National Park. Only a few minutes drive to P3 entrance, which is a great way to start the trail. - Excellent staff, room, and food. - Parking available on site for free. Giving street names (not easy to read in Croatian and/or road numbers which are rarely used on sign posts is not much help! Be prepared for the crowds as this is a World Heritage Site but you can get away and walk in beautiful countryside. Very few birds. It was low season and not many other guest were there but you can here plumbing, running water from the other rooms. The only suggestion to make for the pansion to be perfect, would be for the bath towels to be larger. What's not to like?. - No internet connection. - They offer dinner and breakfast and this would be your only place to eat in this area (unless you enter the National Park or drive out) - Difficult to find for first-time visitors (do not book if you don't have a car to get you there.). You definitely need your own car to reach it and GPS is recommended. Quite difficult to find if you dont stumble across the right access road!. Lack of Internet but beautiful views compensate it. Not really a lot of different meals to choose. Watch out if you are to travel by public transport. Very difficult to get in and out from the village as it is 12km away from the main bus stop Plitvicka Jezero, where most of the buses to Zagreb/Split stop. There is no Wifi, but that is more than made up for by everything else. Breakfast comes expensive, especially when you are a family of 5. Would have liked to see a printed price list for meals, drinks, etc. The prices were reasonable, but I was anxious about how much cash to have ready to pay for my stay. Toilet was a bit cramped and the 3rd entrance to the lake was quite a distance away. This place would be inaccessible without a car. Really difficult to find - we had to ask a local as gps was a bit challenging. :). They only provided 1 small facial towel per person. No other towels were provided. I initially thought it was only our room, but our friends also had to shower and dry hair with only 1 facial towel each. I asked for a bath towel and it was immediately provided. The number was w/o AirCo. We slept with open window. There are a lot of mosquitos, as there is forest around and Plitvice lakes nereby. We took fumigator with us- so it wasn't a problem. But if you don't have it, it can be a problem to have a good sleep. Wifi not available in the house that we were staying in but it was available outside. - it was slightly problem for us to find. Although the food was really nice it was quite expensive in comparison to the room. During our 2 night stay we were aware of dogs from neighbouring houses barking during the night, so remember to take ear-plugs!. Small room. Wi-fi connection was poor in our room (#1). Probably would be better in other places. Lack of solid internet connection. Thought, within that nature, who needs world wide web :). A bit difficult to find. The room had a feeling of basement, i.e. it was a little dull and confined. The personell was very strict and did not give us the warm welcoming as described by many earlier reviewers. Poor wifi. Improvement suggestion: Deckchairs in the garden would be nice after a long day's walk in the park. I saw many people said there is a restaurant and the food was good. But when I arrived there, there was no 'CHEF' cook for us. I was totally embarrased. I had not been informed in advance. And nearest store was closed at 2 pm. And in spite of I booked family room with balcony, I got separated 2 rooms.
