It's a wonderful Little Hotel within a relaxing and silent Environment. If you don't want to go to the beach, you'll just lay next to the pool.
Very clean, rooms are equipped with AC, TV and minibar. It's a family business and the owner is very friendly and helpful. Free wireless is also available - not only in the hotel but mostly all over Lovran.
Quiet location, yet not far from the town (yes, the walk to the beach/town takes 15-20 minutes but it's enjoyable and everything but dull). Lovely staff. Nice pool and terrace. Comfortable room. Newly-built clean large room, balcony with great views, very good breakfast, nice swimming pool, location (easy to get to Lovran, Icici and Opatija by motorbike). The owner was extremely kind and helpful at all times. Definitely recommend. Great value for your money.
Clean nice place, frendly staff, no problem to pay in hrk or eur and
what I appriciate, the location isn't noisy. We stayed only for one
night, but I would like to return for longer trip.
We loved the swimming pool area, the room is well equipped, we had sea-view from our bedroom, breakfast is fine, staff was friendly, parking and WiFi were free.

Little bit complicated access, but well managed with the navigation.
The satellite TV had really little English and Croatian channels, the walk to the beach is relatively long (although shady and interesting).

The room we stayed in had two air con units placed on the balcony at
floor level. One was controlled from our room, the other unit serviced
the room next door. Unfortunately when next doors air con was switched
on the hot air made the balcony unusable !.

The access road to the villa is narrow and difficult, but a car is essential to reach the property (a long walk to Lovran centre without one).
