The accommodation was not just brand new but designed to a high standard. The owners were extremely friendly and made us feel very much at home. We had a wonderful terrace with sun loungers. As a matter of fact we stayed there all day and used the shower to cool down. The ocean is the other side of a one track road where there are steps and a ladder into the sea. A two minute journey from the apartments. There is a beautiful cove just 10 minutes away with a restaurant on the shore. We ate there. all reviews »
absolutely amazing accomodation right on the beach with the great location (15-20 minutes walk right to the center, 10 minutes walk left to the beautiful cove), the best part was balcony we had with million dollar view (rooms on the top floor), very clean and quite place far from historic centre which has a lot of noisy crowds and louder music, the owners (Ante and his mum) very friendly who made as feel as at home, GREAT value for price (but only if you have the room on sea view side), outside.
- Ante and his family: they are open to discussion and willing to help
(even if Ante's mum doesn't speak english).

Ante and his mother are very friendly people. Our room had a large terrace with a beautiful view over the ocean, at a quiet location. The room was very clean and complete with a good air-conditioning, which was needed. Good value for money. About 15 min walk to the town centre along the coast. We had a great time!.
Excellent little apartment located just far enough away from the main part of Hvar Town so as to have peace and quiet. It's about a 15 minute walk from the main part Owner very friendly even though didn't speak much english at all.
Amazing hosts, very friendly and helpful. The room had a balcony with an amazing view over the ocean. We had access to a well equipped kitchen. We stayed for 10 days and we had a great time.
Nice view over the sea, near everything, just 20 min walking to hvar city, I would go again and stay same place, lady owner wonderful, u feel part if family. Excellent location.
Lovely place to go would highly recommend it helpful staff, great facilites and a lovely view. The appartment is close to a beach and not too far from hvar town.

only little thing which bugged me tiny little bit is less privacy as the kitchen on the second floor is shared and the balconies are divided only by thin "wall" so you can hear everything from other room but we were lucky to have great neighbours from Germany with whom we had dinner one night and a lot of fun talks:).

Air con machine was quite difficult to operate. I'm unexperienced in operated remote controls on air con units thought so it may have been pretty simple if I had known how to switch the cool setting on instead of the just blow air setting...
The balcony door provided poor noise or heat insulation (a bit old and no double glazed window). However the location was quiet and we had air conditioning so no problem if your neighbors are not too loud. No TV, although this didn't bother us too much.

Contact with owner before hand wasn't very good. Asked for a room with a sea view but didn't get one because I think we only stayed one night. But for the price I thought we deserved one! Bathroom very dated and some parts of the room looked unfinished. Quite a walk from the centre of Hvar, about 25 to 30 minutes but a lovely coastal walk all the same. No shower curtain so water went everywhere when having a shower.
Our room didn't have a view on the sea. The wifi didn't work properly and there was no curtain at all.
