We had a really Nice stay here. The Host family was warm, very very helpfull. The apartment is PERFECT , and it's just a small walk to town and to The beach. I will also recomand resturant devino, best meal on During 3 weeks traveling in Croatia. The host drove Us to show Us the way to supermarked and shortest way to town. We would stay longer if we could, but it was full booked. Our apartment at Luma provided a relaxing, clean environment during our vacation. The owners are incredibly sweet and tended to all of our needs, including an early morning ride to our departing ferry. The kitchen was well-stocked with all we needed for breakfasts and snacks. Luma is perched up high providing a great view of sun rises and sunsets over the ocean. Just beautiful!.
all reviews » The apartment is cheerful and brightly decorated, has a very nice terrace. It's quiet and peaceful, the hosts are friendly, the neighbours have their terrase and balconies on the other side of the house. One of the beast beaches in Hvar (if not the best) is in close proximity. Judging by Hvar standarts, the house is well located. Me and my partner are 1 month in to a 6 month travel adventure and this accomodation was our favourite. A short walk to a private beach, full functioning kitchen and amazing view from the balcony. The complex is homey and the staff were very accommodating I would absolutely return :). The apartment was very private and and quiet. It is only about 100 meters from the beach down a rough trail. It's about a 20 minute walk into the center of town, but it was easy and enjoyable. The owners were very helpful and friendly. This is a great small one bedroom apartment for a stay in Hvar. A short (15 - 20) minute walk to the main town and 10 minutes down to a lovely pebble beach. Near to beach Has a good terrace Silent and chilling Always has contact with me and pick up me when I Arrived. Lovely lady who owns the house and large rooms and terrific balcony. Hvar is beautiful. Very clean, all facilities, kind staff. Clean and spacious room. Getting to Luma requires walking to the beach and the old town area. This, for our travel group, was enjoyed, but if a traveler has difficulty with hills, a scooter might be an option. It's an exagerration to say that I did not like some details - in general, the apartment is very good. And it's not the owners' fault that the nearest supermarket is not so near (and the way back is uphill - most of the ways in Hvar are uphill). And returning from the beach you must also climb uphill. The kitchen is very small - but then, it's absolutely not necessary to cook your dinners in Hvar. A little hard to find so make sure you have mapped it before you go. If you are unable to walk a short hills it may be better to stay closer to the center. 25 walking to centre. 100 kunas take taxi from centre. No accept credit card ( in the specs say yes). Bit of a hike into town but probably as we didn't know where we were going. Far from the city center, no air conditioned (but there is a fan). Uphill walk from the city center :-(.
