Great location and beautiful view of the water from the balcony. The place is very well appointed, but a little bit stark (all black and white), but very comfortable. You could easily stay here for a week. You are within walking distance of the town center of Labrada and a 10 minute cab ride or 30 minute bus ride to the old town of Dubrovnik. fantastic location and view from balcony. owner was very helpful and accommodating. It is about 5 mins walk to restaurant and bars of lapad, which is just right, easily accessible but away from noise and throngs of people apartment was very well appointed and a travel cot had been set up for us prior to our arrival.

Very good view to the ocean and the beaches. It's a clean room with facilities.it also has a beautiful view of the coast. Dubrovnik is magical place to visit and villa katarina provided a fantastic base, a short walk to boardwalk area and a short bus trip to the old city. It would have been useful if this could be extended as after a day out sightseeing it is nice to be able to relax with a swim back at the apartment. The apartment was not really clean. Steep endless hideous stairs to the beach. Pool was not filled during most of the time. Uncomfortable beds (terribly squeaky).
