It was very easy to find the apartment with the help of the tourist information booth outside the city wall. Villa Flores was on a quiet street one and a half blocks off the main street. The staff was more than accommodating and went out of there way to help us with a predicament outside the realm of the hotel.
The apartment was definitely a 4 star rating. We were impressed by its modern and stylish furniture, especially the gorgeous bathroom setting. There were air-conditioning in both the bedroom and living room. The apartment was located inside the old town which was beautiful.all reviews »
Everything! While it was a hike up (4th floor, 5 flights of stairs) the
unit was wonderful - kitchen, sitting area with table and couch, roomy
bedroom and great bathroom. Clean. Quiet.
Set inside the Dubrovnik old city walls, the location is excellent and easy to navigate.
The apartment is super modern & my mum slept in the bedroom and myself on the couch.
Excellent location, very modern for within the city walls, good booking customer service - even offered to arrange a taxi to pick us up and return cheaper than the going rates.
I loved the fact this was inside the castle walls. I was an easy walk to everything. Well equiped kitchenette and bathroom. Plenty of room.

The bathroom was nicely done. They did give us a check out at 11:45, otherwise the checkout was 10 am.

The second bed in the living room. It should have been folded up to use as a couch and if needed unfolded to use as an extra bed.
We were fine with huge slanted dormers but anyone over 6 feet tsll
might end up hitting their head occasionally! Also, need to be fit to
get bags up 5 flights of stairs (not to mention yourself) but we were
fine with that.
A little noisy from room to room and street-sounds also but this is to be expected in any old town within the region.
Having to walk up 4 flights of stairs which wasn't unexpected but some people might find that tough. We were fine with it considering it's history. No credit card facilities so I had to find an ATM on arrival as had to pay before we were shown our room.
It was difficult to find...make sure you have directions.

Upon arrival, we were exited about the location and appartment, but the member of staff seemed only interested to receive the cash payment.

TV did not work. We arrived at 4 pm and someone had to call to open the door. Lady was not very friendly and gave us no information. Would not stay there again.
Noise from apartment above when they move chairs. Would help if they place carpeting under chair legs to reduce the scraping noise.
