Everything was new and very clean. Good quality fittings in the rooms. Nice and light rooms. The host was excellent and gave me lots of suggestions on where to go and what to do. He even dropped me at the airport, very nice. -The apartment is so cute! -Perfect location (supermarket , bakery, entrance to the old town and cable car all nearby) -The staff were very very helpful, specially Nikoleta.
all reviews » We were met and made to feel very comfortable. Our hostess also helped us to find parking nearby. The apt was very clean and tidy and in a fantastic location. Brand new apartment in a great location just outside of the gate of the old town. Beautifully designed and super comfortable beds. well decorated, convenient, beautifull view, just off the city so the view without the city noise !!! brilliant, really enjoyed. Fantastic location next to the east gate into the Old Town. Great renovation and spotless condition. The bathroom had no towel rails. the kitchen utensils were totally lacking apart from a wooden spoon. the owner is not always there, so at least upon arrival you may have to wait, plus have your phone ready so you can call her if she is not around. No complaints. Tip - taxi easiest way to arrive but not cheap. Very close to Gondola bus stop (for the cheap airport bus) or a walk through (not around) the old town if dropped off at the main (west) gate. room too small, no manager to open the door... If you want room clean you need to call staff. Apartment are only small, smaller than expected from online photos. N/a. Beds were rock hard. Poor check-in experience, girl at the apartement had no idea about parking (we ended up wasting hours) didn't give us the infos about wifi, payment is in advance in cash and the checkin-in girl had no change, we didn't receive any bill or information about the exchange rate (letsbookhotel.com reservation was in €, payed in kuna), room #2 was small and facing a small backyard, lots of dust bunnies on the floor, felt that value for money was poor. Incredibly small Questionable value for money Faulty bathrooms.
