Our stay at Reef Motel was wonderful, the staff were very friendly and helpful, a lovely down to earth place to stay with a beautiful view and we think its the best snorkeling, swimming, and kayaking lagoon on the island.

The staff was excellent!!.
1 Not enough toasters
2 Not enough electric fry pans
3 Not enough brooms, one for each room
4 Hot water ran out
5 No fresh sheets offered so washed our own
6 Two chairs on the balcony better than only one for all units
7 Fans needed a cleaning in all rooms on our level
8 Ceiling mouldings need replacing
9 Water stains on ceiling

No aircon in the rooms. Basic kitchen facilities meant I couldn't really cook a meal there. But I had a fridge in the room so could keep some food there.
no tv no cuttlery, no pillowslips,.
The bed smelled of mildew and the pillows did also. The door key did not work so we were locked out and the transfer to the airport was 15 min late and stressed us out however he was considerate and did buy us lunch as he knew we would not be able buy anything on sunday at our next destination.
