  The staff is so friendly, specially Michael he was so caring about our activities and always looking for best prices and best options using all internet appliences. Hotel is all comunicated through walkie talkies so the staff is so helpful and organized. We also received assistance by email even before arrival. I am very thankful for the staff, an... what people say » d specially Michael. Made my stay really worth it. - The location was very good, close to the south gate. Staff was nice, and very helpfull. The room was in the basement; actually this is not really a problem, since the room has a window to the corridor (during the night the light in the corridor is red, giving the filling of city night lights). The corridor looks like a typical chinese street, with roofs and everything.

  This place exceeded my expectations in almost every aspect. It is located within the city wall so it is convenient to walk to some of the tourist places. The staff was naturally friendly and helpful. They gave me really useful tips for my trip in good english. The rooms are cozy and clean, the restaurant has good and unexpensive food. Excellent qu... what people say » ality for a very good price. There were also small extra details that made the service outstand like a complimentary welcome drink. I will definitely - There are two receptionist. One a bit impatient but another one is superb! She even helped us hail the taxi to airport while we were busy with our luggage. We won't get this kind of help in other places. Location near to bus stand, pharmacy and local store. Clean room and bathroom. Cafe is nice and we even got free coffee!

  The hotel is very neat and the atmosphere is great. Personal speaks a good English and if helpful to everyone. It is possible to order a taxi via hotel or they offer the "pick up" service at every railway station for free. Rooms are very nice and nicely designed. It is calm and relaxing place. Also the hotel bar - restaurant was a good place to e... what people say » at in. They offer western or chinese cousine. We tried both a bit and were very peased with the food quality and price too. I strongly recommend this - The staff was quite helpful with directions and communication was right from the start (before my arrival). Prices were fair (they did not rip you off with towel rental, pick-up service or to wash clothes, like other places I've seen in China) and the place was very easily accessible to the train station and the downtown area - just a few minutes walking. Excellent location and value for the money. Highly recommended!
