  This place exceeded my expectations in almost every aspect. It is located within the city wall so it is convenient to walk to some of the tourist places. The staff was naturally friendly and helpful. They gave me really useful tips for my trip in good english. The rooms are cozy and clean, the restaurant has good and unexpensive food. I will definitely - There are two receptionist. One a bit impatient but another one is superb! She even helped us hail the taxi to airport while we were busy with our luggage. We won't get this kind of help in other places. Location near to bus stand, pharmacy and local store. Clean room and bathroom. Cafe is nice and we even got free coffee!

  The hotel is very neat and the atmosphere is great. Personal speaks a good English and if helpful to everyone. It is possible to order a taxi via hotel or they offer the "pick up" service at every railway station for free. Rooms are very nice and nicely designed. It is calm and relaxing place. I strongly recommend this - The staff was quite helpful with directions and communication was right from the start (before my arrival). Prices were fair (they did not rip you off with towel rental, pick-up service or to wash clothes, like other places I've seen in China) and the place was very easily accessible to the train station and the downtown area - just a few minutes walking. Excellent location and value for the money. Highly recommended!

The room was in the basement; actually this is not really a problem, since the room has a window to the corridor (during the night the light in the corridor is red, giving the filling of city night lights). The corridor looks like a typical chinese street, with roofs and everything.

  The staff was very helpful with everything. They got us on a tour at the last minute when we arrived. They did our wash on short notice. They even helped us get a taxi on the street. They spoke good English. The food and the atmosphere were also good. They also saved us money by changing us from 2 rooms to 1 3 bed room which does not show being av... what people say » ailable on the internet. - Staff is very friendly, plus the bar seems to be very popular that you can meet friends from different parts of the world. Water is hot enough for shower and it is not too far away from the stations.
