  Great location. Easy to access Hong-Kong and shopping centers.I stayed in several hotels around Guomao station and I must admit Kaili is the best one for the price. My room was big and clean,the bed is very comfortable.The staff are polite and helpful. I f I have to come to Shenzhen I will not hesitate to come back in Kaili. . - The staff are English speaking and go out of their way to be helpful, the rooms are well appointed and have all facilities. There is a PC in every room which I found particularly useful. when I went away for a weekend to Beijing they were flexible enough to accommodate me. This is the second time I have been to Shenzhen and I had no hesitation in choosing the hotel again for my visit

  Location was excellent in shopping district ~ Dong Men shopping street and within walking distance to Metro line. Hotel staffs was polite, friendly and efficient especially handling the check-in & check-out. We arrived early around 11am and staff takes less then 5 minutes to get ready our room & keycard. We booked 3 nights for Deluxe... what people say » Room with breakfast ~ room given on high floors 7th was cozy, spacious with big bed and extra pillows, clean and comfortable. Add on points is WIFI i - The location is great: right next to the metro and and the "Pedestrian Street" with loads of shops and restaurants. It's a couple of metro stops north of the Hong Kong border at Luohu. Staff were efficient. The price was reasonable. You could find cheaper, but the price was good considering the location, room size and extras (fridge, bathrobe, hairdrier, toiletries etc.)
