Dirty, place has not been cleaned in a long time, our room wasn't even hoovered when we checked in there was dirt everywhere. It needs a serious paint job. The corridors are filthy and not hoovered. The reception is freezing cold, the staff are behind the counters in layers of coats. This hotel is nowhere near five stars. It's a joke. A hostel would be cleaner.
