Modena Putuo hotel is very close to metro station Lan Gao. The building has 22 floors. The rooms are very confortable, air-conditioned and luxury. There are WI-FI Internet, microwave, refrigerator. The staff is very polite and friendly. They speak English and French. The breakfast is rich and excellent. excellent value for money. Although not in the center, the hotel is very close to metro that is very convenient to use. Gym is very good, and opposite the hotel you have a sport club with swimming pool and tennis. Very clean and modern room. We had an appartment room for a family of 4.

Staff's below average English understanding skill, house keeping staff daily forget to fill daily replenishments and it is a big task to get those in English, although staff is friendly but they are helpless. Rooms size is bit too small without extra seating. internet is slow in the rooms and looses connection very often. The strong smell of cigarettes in the hallway and lift lobby on our floor. The restaurant coffee was very weak. My flt delayed and I called hotel. They say ask booking. Com for refund. But I dont know how to go about getting refund. Only one bad thing - nobody know english. Only one girl knew it. Bad isolation of tje rooms, we could hear all the noises from the neighbours rooms. Rooms very noisy, but here not the fault of the hotel Breakfast not international enough and not very good. The cleaning ladies were cleaning everything but the floors in the rooms. The room was dirty. insulation is bad.
