I would most definitely recommend these apartments. They are in a fantastic location, are clean and very comfortable. The staff was helpful and most spoke some english. The apartments were a little deceiving before we arrived and we definitely got much more than what we were expecting. We rented a one bedroom suite for 3 people and were expecting a living area with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. In reality, you are getting an apartment with two full bathrooms, a full kitchen with dish.
all reviews » Excellent on all counts. Staff, rooms, gym, comfort, location...everything is perfect. The ladies at the front desk are really nice. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was larger than advertised. The view of the city was wonderful. I felt safe and protected in the building, never seen so many cameras in any building before. The internet was really fast and reliable the entire time I was there. I will definitely come back there again when I am in Shanghai. 10/10. We loved the proximity to the shops and attractions. It was a very good sized apartment that enabled all four of us not get on top of each other! The view overlooking People's Square was great, and was a spectacle when all was lit up at night. The service of the staff was excellent whether at the front desk or at the pool or at the Breakfast Buffet (which was fantastic!) The quiet atmosphere was also a bonus!. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 rm with 1 big bed and the other smaller rm with sofa bed. At first, I thought that the sofa bed is small and not for 2. To my astonishment, it is also similar to big bed too. Very spacious apartment with kitchen and location is good with city views. Room service is also good too, we give the service tips too.. I know price for breakfast is not low it is expensive but really it is worth of sin. Staff on board was perfect and choice of meal during breakfast was huge. I was lucky and I got really good deal for breakfast and internet. Apartments are very close to all most important place in Shanghai. Really recommend by me. The apartments provide all the necessary home facilities like washing machine, dish washing machine, microwave oven etc. The second bedroom is equipped with a sofa that transforms into a real bed good for an adult. Two bathrooms are connected to the matching bedrooms. The hotel is adjacent to several big parks. The variaty and quality of the restaurants is great, the location is another very important aspect and the Concierge is very professional and friendly!!. Reception staffs were really polit and helpful .location is also good for shoping . 2 rooms of 3 were perfet and good.breakfast is good with nice staff. Modern, spacious and clean. Internet could be faster as it is no free of charge. No household goods like washing powder or dish liquid soap are provided, one has to buy all this staff on the way to the apartments, otherwise you can end up with a pile of dirty dishes in the kitchen the first day you arrive!. No negative aspects. Housekeeping was poor , they forget to do menything like clean garbage and to bring some small things like shampoo for room and you need to call room service everyday . Our room was for 6 person but the beds was not good for 4 person . A sofa bed in reading room was poor . Food was not up to scratch especially room service.No dish towels or dishwash detergent in the kitchen. I couldn't fault this hotel. Wi-Fi to expensive (approx 20$ a day). I didn't like the small room bed,it was a sofa bed. The room was for four people that I booked. I didn't understand why only have one big bed in this two beds room apartment . A starter pack would be good - washing powder, small milk. Bed rooms small, especially the second room in the 2 bed room apartment (sofa bed good for 1 person onle) - internet is not free. Wish there was a better super market around the place. price of breakfast. Spa very expensive. need maintenance. Expensive for what it offered. We have asked for a two bedroom apartment, and the second bedroom was a small study room with a sofa bed. Not convenient for our 2 teenage sons. nothing. In the two bedroom apartment was good only three persons. And They charged for an extra bed. Sweet is very small. Staff, location & pool. The price is a little high in April.
