The location is good; about 15min walking from North Zhongshan Road station, from where you can easily get to the city center or to the railway station for example.
Not everyone in the staff speaked English, but they were helpful.
Room was nice, with a bit bed, TV, bathroom, etc.
Wifi worked fine in the lobby but not in the room.

Everything was fine!.
The room was clean and was cleaned every day. The bathroom was quite big and shower very comfortable.
The hotel is more or less close to railway station (15 minutes walking). Beds are comfortable (esp. comparing to other China hotels).
It is just one station from Shanghai railway station.They make up the room every day. Good price.
Very much like the cleanliness and lack of odors.

Very Close to the Highway and I took the morning shower using unheated
water but after I have finished, I found it came.
They can not speak English and the staff smoke in the escalator, while they stand next to the no smoking sign!.
The hotel is located at the big road intersection, so it is quite noisy in the morning. Though we could fall asleep pretty fast, we were awaken early. But not too noisy, so you can cope with it if the windows is closed.
Staff don´t speak English. Everyone in hotel smokes, (in hotel restaurant too) so downstairs you can´t breathe. Furniture is old.
The hotel is terrible and disgusting!
Starting from the reception to the corridors and rooms - all stink of vomit. furniture is dirty, broken.
Would not return to this hotel for the second time.
Place smelled of stale smoke. Location was not the best place.
