  The staff were incredibly polite and the service was impeccable. They were also very helpful in providing us with "local knowledge" of where to go have fun, have good food etc etc. The room itself was huge. Impeccably clean, service was always prompt especially when we ran into trouble with the washing machine. Amenities that one needs away from... what people say » home were all there. Gym, Pool & Jaccuzzi were also great. - Very spacious apartment, good for a family with children. Nice to have kitchen and washing machine and warm toilet seats :).

  Super friendly, helpful staff. The rooms were gorgeous and with a great location this hotel made for a wonderful place to stay in Beijing. - The staff women were amazing. They helped us schedule trips we wantedand offered suggestions without being pushy (like many other hotels). Iwas very impressed with the service aspect and recomment to friends.

  Very nice hotel with friendly staff and not at all bad location. Very rewarding to live in a "hutong" area and the rooms were clean, cosy and very spatious.
