  During our stay my wife needed medical attention. We spoke to anne wang and we cannot praise her highly enough as far as the attention she gave us. We were also assisted by eric lee, who took my wife to the hospital and did all he possibly could to help us. Both of these people need recognition for the exceptional way they deal with the guests. We... what people say » stayed at a number of hotels during this trip but the jingling hotel stands out in our memory as one of the best hotels we stayed at due to these two - Everything was great from the moment we stepped in. All the staff was more than helpful, especially Mr. Derek Xu at the front desk, upgrading our room and allowing our same rate for a couple extra nights stay. The entire hotel including our room was spotless. And even the included breakfast (vast selection) was quite delish. 10/10!

  Great location next to lake and metro station. Staff friendly. Rooms were good. Couldn't access WIFI from phone for some reason so used travel router. Revolving restuarant nice. Breakfast was fine, never worth the money in any hotel but food was good. Would recommend on location alone but everything else was perfectly good - Highly recommendable ... what people say » hotel with friendly staff whose English, however, could be improved. Very clean and large rooms. Excellent location near the lake and next to underground. Very big variety at breakfast buffet and tasty food. Would certainly choose the hotel again.
