We were given a free upgrade upon check-in and stayed in a nice room on the 5th floor. It was really clean, spacious and I really liked the design (a bit kitchy, literally everything in the room was green, but quirky and definitely not your usual hotel room). Bathroom was also clean and roomy, with all necessary amenities, towels changed daily. The Fish Inn Bund has a perfect location - everything is nearby.
The rooms are nice decorated, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is modern with a good size. It is very clean.
But what it makes realy special is the great staff. They are very friendly and help you with everything and they speak a very good english.
